Fusion Food Connects World

When East meets West, food is the first thing that connects people. Bringing cultures together through researching  the fusion cuisine，this program is designed for students or  adults interested in culinary art training in China, Italy or USA. Students will collaborate  to create dishes, learn new skills through learning a different culture, understanding tastes of diverse guests. Students of our partnering institutions could earn PCTO ( for Italy) and internship credit hours(USA and China depending of partnering school). Custom designed courses on culture and marketing are also offered.
